I think he would try to run a 100 mile trail race barefoot... and that's the beginning of my journey into "Going Sasquatch".

Second green smoothie. Much smoother! Two bananas, half a can of cubed pineapple with juice (fresh would be better... I know), one big spoon of ground flax seed, half a spoon of kelp, kale, and a about 12 oz. water. No Porter... this time :)
